Asia Society Museum
Overview | Scope of Work
Our firm assessed façade and roof conditions of the existing Victoria Barracks, former explosive magazine buildings that were integrated into the new Asia Society Museum Campus. The materiality of the existing building comprised of very stout concrete wall, and robust red clay tile of cast concrete roof structures is juxtaposed with the new very modern elevated metal and glass clad structures. In addition we helped the design with the sourcing and testing of the unique copper embossed soffit material that clads the bridges that connect the historic buildings to the modern structures.
