The C17 Globemaster production facility spanned over 2.5 million square feet of high performance, high span buildings utilizing a field assembled, insulated and acoustically rated wall system. The production bays including gravity based automated doors that accommodated the movement of these large completed cargo planes.

One of the large buildings was an existing structure that utilized cladding materials that had been deemed an industrial and required removal. We devised a method of encapsulating the material with a new building façade which resulted in substantial saving and met the schedule milestone dates to support manufacturing.
