Plaza Hotel, New York
Overview | Scope of Work
Built in 1907, this landmark hotel underwent restoration and modifications for adaptive reuse as residences while maintaining a smaller scale hotel. Façade related work included updating windows, large expanses of metal roofing, skylights, ornamentation and masonry.
We carefully designed systems and methods to carefully integrate more advanced building solutions while maintaining the architectural heritage of the façade.
