This former hotel in the Bandstand area of Mumbai was acquired by the client and required extensive renovation and upgrading of all façade elements. We provided façade assessment, testing and remediation plan of existing façade elements and designs for new façade elements. Once complete the façade we tested areas for compliance with the technical drawings and specifications.
